CONCORD, Calif. – Yellow Roof Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity founded by Dave and Lori Sanson, owners of Concord, Calif.-based DeNova Homes, announced that it has been awarded a $1 million grant from the State of California to support its mission of providing affordable rental homes for those at risk of homelessness.

On a sold-out evening headlined by 2023 GRAMMY Award winner Carly Pearce, Yellow Roof Foundation presented its third annual “Raise the Roof” fundraiser, bringing in more than $817,000 to support its mission of building affordable rental housing opportunities for families and individuals at risk of homelessness.

Yellow Roof Foundation is proud to announce that Co-Founder Lori Sanson has been named a “Woman of the Year” at the California Legislative Women’s Caucus (LWC).
