With the support of Senator Tim Grayson, for whom this community is named, in early 2024 Yellow Roof foundation was honored to have been awarded funds from the State of California, through The City of Concord, to provide affordable rental housing in the community.  With these funds we acquired an existing tri-plex and converted to affordable housing, welcoming residents in December of that year.
