Every Family Deserves a Home

15% of California's homeless population includes families with children.

Vulnerable and Neglected

The California housing crisis is making it impossible for many hardworking families to afford a roof over their heads. Tens of thousands of families in California spend the night without a home, trying to juggle survival and raising their children.

Without affordable housing for low-income families, California faces a chronic homelessness problem. For some families, a two-income household is not enough to afford all their family expenses, including school, food, clothes, and housing.

This needs to change.

The high cost of housing in California is a significant contributor to homelessness. Low-income households are most at risk of homelessness as housing costs outgrow wages.

The dire reality is many families in California are driven to homelessness at no fault of their own due to rising housing prices.

Around 2.5 million low-income households spend over 30% of their incomes on housing.

Over 1.5 million low-income renters spend more than half of their income on housing.

How we Help

We're building homes for low-income families.

Our plan is to work with local jurisdictions to acquire and develop successor agency parcels to provide rental housing for low-income families.
